Do you deliver?
Yes! We operate our own fleet of vehicles and delivery technicians who work right here in our factory. We offer a full delivery & assembly service anywhere in the mainland UK.
Alternatively, many of our clients choose to handle this themselves and so we are able to deliver our furniture flat-packed or assembled to suit your needs.
Can I buy direct from you?
Aaron Office Furniture is a wholesale manufacturer supplying to the trade only.
We do however have a wealth of loyal clients that have ordered with us for many years, we would be happy to make a recommendation should you be interested in purchasing our furniture.
Do you consider the environment?
We are deeply interested in reducing our impact on the environment wherever possible, whether that be locally at our production facility or remotely via our clients & the product we produce.
There is always more that can be done with ever-changing technology and as an independent company we are constantly reviewing our facility and processes to ensure we improve our carbon footprint.
At our factory we strive to ensure our machinery is up to date and as efficient as possible to reduce power consumption & run times.
We also design our products and CNC programs with the size of raw material blanks in mind, and reuse our minimal waste wood product to heat the facility and keep our team comfortable while working.
We are working toward diverting our draw on the national grid by means of solar technology, which will also enable us to give back to the national supply as we work.
Our main raw MFC material is sourced from UK suppliers and origins can be traced whenever we decide to change up supply – the vast majority of our finishes are laminated to recycled composite wood material, and are in turn recyclable at the end of their life cycle, along with our UK manufactured steel products.
On the road, we operate only as large a fleet as necessary, although we do have a need to run diesel vehicles these are regularly reviewed and replaced as necessary to ensure compliance with ULEZ and the latest Euro Emissions regulations.
Can I open a trade account?
Yes! We exist on wholesale business and will be delighted to hear from those interested in a trade account with us.
(First orders will always be Pro-forma, trade accounts and discounts are available subject to review, please do get in touch to discuss)
Do you offer additional finishes?
Yes. We are able to cater to special finish & colour requirements via our bespoke department, these requests may be subject to extended lead times and surcharge.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We do everything in our power to avoid items arriving damaged, but if the worst were to happen rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure the item or part in question is replaced as soon as possible.
Our warranty does not carry a complicated & drawn-out process. If you have a problem please contact us and we will help, it really is as simple as that.
For delivery & installation issues, our technicians will offer to affect repairs where possible in order to keep your business operating while we manufacture replacement parts.
Can I order different sizes?
Bespoke alterations are available with all furniture made-to-order
